Saying no: We always hear: “No” is a complete sentence. For some people, that’s easier than others.
This video gives you many ways to say no, without saying no.
Try them out and see what fits, comfortable, and which you can “make your own.”
You’ll get phrases, statements, ways to give yourself time to consider the on the spot question, some initial questions to get enough to make a decision (later, if you need to), and much more.
This 7 minute video [longer than usual] covers an important topic to help organize your days and to feel good about what you have committed to (giving more time and focus to now, with “no” in your life).
Good luck. “No” is a way of setting up some boundaries or limits, so you’re intentional about using your precious time.
