It’s a different way of doing vision boards. The “one thing” focus last year was wellness [physical and mental health].
I decided creating one for my WHOLE life was overwhelming. I DO like having a physical board nearby, because I know, with the board visible, that I get things done.
This video is a tour of what I did and why I did it this way. You’ll hear suggestions along the way which may work for you, I hope.

Think about how we often have business goals, but do we make that much effort in our personal lives? What would your ONE focus be this year? And whether it’s on a vision board, an app or some other way to engage your mind, why not make it happen this year.
Take your time and get by the usual “new year’s resolutions” excitement.
The process of thinking about which area to focus on and then what to do about it is the power, as well as how you keep it top of mind or visible each day.
