Staying Organized While Managing Your ADHD: I was invited recently to be a guest with Janet M. Taylor, a colleague. I hope you’ll enjoy our conversation, my advice, her tips and the questions she had for me (including how do I stay organized!) and much more. It’s part of October’s annual ADHD Awareness Month.
If you do not have ADHD, yet feel sometimes that life is out of control or too chaotic, take a listen to my advice. There is a solid place for ADHD style strategies, for people who are diagnosed; and, many of the strategies can work for people who believe that they think differently, are wired differently, or that the strategies you read about just don’t work for them. So I’d encourage you to take a listen.
And as always, if you find it useful, and know someone who has mentioned difficulties, please do share. Thank you so much.
Feel free to share if you know that these tips could be useful to someone you know.
I also offer an introductory call at no charge, to talk about working privately on your needs/goals and do a little coaching; you’ll get a sense of how I work and more.
Or, if you prefer to work on your own, you may like my workbook: Change Your Habits: ADHD Style.
